What is "elite Audience"?
YOU ARE elite Audience. If you have a respect and love for live music, if you prefer going to music shows which are in listening environments, if you would like to see live acoustic music thrive in your area, if you support local music by attending shows often and by spreading the word about local musicians to your friends, family, co-workers, boss, parole officer, attorney, doctor, grocery bagger, etc., then you are a valued member of elite Audience!
We are an organization created to bring together passionate, respectful, and supportive audiences with passionate, exciting, and professional performing artists, in venues that have been deemed "suitable for listening".
Today more than ever the art of listening seems to be taken out of the equation in every aspect of daily life. Nowhere is listening more important than in the appreciation of the sonic arts. Music venues these days seem to only exist for the profit and they've forgotten about the music. It's become almost an after thought. Either there's no adequate stage or sound system, or there's no effort made to assure the artists are given their proper due respect by asking that the audience not talk during the performances.
We understand the wants and needs of the performer, venue and the sincere audience member.
We want a better concert experience and are willing to work together with like minded folks to get it. You can help achieve this goal by checking out the calendar section, then trying to attend whichever shows appeal to you. That's it. We'll do the rest by finding the great venues and putting the great talent in them for you to enjoy.
Think of our shows as boutique shows. From house concerts, to church concerts, to coffeehouse concerts, to auditoriums, to outdoor shows, wherever we can find a place that's willing to help us create a conducive atmosphere, we'll put on a show, and it will be worth attending.
